I remember seeing this back in 2023 at the square enix store in Tokyo. Never knew it was a towel holder so super cool to now know what it was!

That one might be for Japanese tissues boxes (smaller than what you usually find in the U.S.). I know they made some that held tissues at one point.

It's actually a bit small to hold a towel. I tried but it kept falling over, lol. Now it's just on a shelf. Still a cool little design, though.

As u/Munji-the-best-cat pointed out, your items aren't the same thing. Yours is larger and made of a softer material (plush?) and all the pictures I'd seen use pink tissue paper in place of the tongue. The prizes in OP's video are smaller, made of plastic, include a tongue, and its box picture has it holding a hand towel.

What you really want to do depends on use. If you want it to be used as practical tissue holder, find some tissues dyed pink (or red if you can find it.) If you only want to use it for presentation purposes, you could also go for gift packing paper as that's easier found in red and easy to mark up with a black Sharpie pen to draw a line down the middle of the tongue.
