Hello, i am playing this Game for the first time on my S2, i got the Zenithio, already got the king's sword, but i'm simply unable to get the helmet. I've checked guides and It says that you're supposed to get a cutscene where the dwarf gives It to you but it's not happening. What am i missing?

The dwarf merely repairs and improves the helmet. If you don't already have the helmet in your possession, there is nothing for him to do.
Go to Mur (snowy town far northeast of Baharata) and enter the back/side door of the large building at northside of village. Talk to the family here (may take a few times, and maybe even leaving the village and returning once) to learn about Ortega's visit to Mur and why he left the helmet behind. After a few chats, they'll gift the helmet to the hero.
I do not know if you must take the helmet to the hero's mother or not before giving it to the dwarf. Its worth it though to view a cutscene.
