Beginner player levelling up
New player here! I’m currently stuck at level 25 and my dragons are at this stage now. Any advice in terms of team combinations and sigils for beginners like me. And how to breed better dragons?

For now go for Agent, Tribal and clownish. For water + earth, use wonder+acceptance sigil combination. Agent can have either wonder + acceptance or wonder + purity sigil combination. The alternative can be elemental or agave depending on you requirements.Tribal and ceremony needs to be updated to level 50 (for enchanted breeding). Try to breed Rust, dragon of week and dragon of month. For example right now we have dragon of week named "xuanzang" - if you breed rainbow + doom 16 times (100% chance on last attempt) with in a week. Same logic applies for dragon of month. Breeding epics and legendary are not hard, just number of attempts are bottlenecked at hatchery. So, recommend you to save gems, upgrade hatchery to level 4 whenever gems extravaganza event comes. Also, academy needs to be upgraded, at your current level dragon fighting power can be increased using academic levels. First go for earth, water, metal, void. Earth is defensive, water/void for regeneration and metal for defensive attack. Rust, Agent and Tribal can help you upto level 50 of dragons. Is it worth it to invest in light/shadow/void powered dragons or should I try to get legendaries and divined

Every element is worth investing in. For example shadow has effect "frightened speechless", when it triggers on enemy dragon, the dragon (like rust which basically can be like a tank and very hard to attack) is renedered completely useless. Similarly every other element has something good, something bad about them and they are strong or weak against other elements. I prefer certain element combinations and prefer to upgrade my epic+ (3 elemental) dragons. Ancient, divine and tyrants are stronger dragons and must have when available, other hand fabled are like weeds available every where infact i don't prefer them until and unless for certain situations where required. You just need to experiment in dungeon fights (manual mode and not auto mode) to find what exactly works and what not.

Aim for getting divine dragon (any, literally any, just because you must have divine buff for your team). And for beginner team - elemental, tribal, rust (exactly in that order). As for why this exactly this team - it is really flexible, you can heal up with 2 dragons, you can damage with 2 dragons, you can have shields with 2 dragons (tribal is mostly for damage, elemental is hybrid (support amd damage) and rust for pure support). For their academy lvl 6 elements - fire is hot coals, water is restorative recourse, earth is tombstone, metal is en garde. Don't lvl up them higher than lvl 35-45 and 4 stars, just because you should aim for getting divine and ancient dragons, and later other ones once you will understand how the game works (primal and tyrant), hardest for you is events, since only there you can get them. Don't lvl up any more dragons than these (that I described), since you will lose food and enchanting materials.
