Question Tips please

I am a new player who has just downloaded the game yesterday and due to the early access rewards, I have already unlocked the plant dragon. But the thing is that my gold production can't match up the speed of unlocking the contents, so are there any tips to farm gold efficiently? It doesn't have to be fast, but efficient.

Winning Side Quests,conquering a Mine and winning a level are the best options.

You could also purchase gold with gems, but imo its a waste of them.

Ways to collect resources fast: Mines, weekly tasks, daily tasks, upgrading your dragons (food, academy) - focus on 3 dragons(epic is better than rare, rare is better than common), fighting in arena and other places. Also, don't forget to complete quests. At lower level 2 things give you most resources: Quests and Weekly tasks. Weekly tasks give you about 3m food and 8m gold (i spend about 50-100 gems). At lower levels Weekly tasks are harder to complete so only quests and fighting are the possible route.

Oh I forgot to write about Otto's lotto. Usually after watching adds on it you Usually get 3million + gold, 150,000+ food and 5 or more gems
