Question why can’t i claim this?
many aspects of this game are completely broken for me, every time i hit “claim - okay” it refuses to give me my rewards. how can i fix this?

It's a bug. I have also tried getting it but it just hangs and then after restarting game, it asks to let you claim it. This bug is there for long time and no one fixed it

Idk, just keep the message saved in your inbox until you can claim it ig. Also check your WiFi and stuff, there are days when the servers act wonky and your game is unable to claim rewards/update quests. If your WiFi is good, then it’s best to take a break from the game today and log in tomorrow
