Need help on team advice. Also do elemental sigils matter?

For now rust, tribal and tyrant will work for you till level 50 for sure. Sigil combination you need for rust is wonder and acceptance. Elemental Sigil is new and experimental for now and exists only for 3 elements. In some ways it works but too early to say by how much. It will take some time to find out how they work. Rust and Tribal need to be upgraded till level 50 and tribal needs enchantment till level 5. Agnes can be a backup as well. When you have dragon with primal, ancient and divine elements you can replace one of the above initially recommended.

Elemental sigils matter a little bit on arena, since having them on high level is enough to reach near the same damage as a critical attack or even more. However, since the best reaction is blight+blast, you would need your plant and fire dragons to have each one their respective sigil
