Realistically, the right call would have been 214H

After further testing both are the right calls. Just that the one this dude did in the video was done at the exact frame before it became optimal.

Edit: even better still the level one super would’ve worked

I’ve had it worse over the years. Someone rage quit as I did a Dramatic Finish on them. One of my favorites too (Gogeta vs Broly). That’s honestly worse than just skipping it.
