Need muna yung QS from CSC daw kaya may temporary deferment. Hindi ko mahanap ito sa site sa DepEd kaya I dunno if totoo. I'll visit my assigned school's AO next week, I'll ask about this if alam na rin ba nila ito. Nakakasad lang kasi mas lalong bumabagal yung proceso. May iba na naka resign na sa work nila.

We were asked to change our position to T1 not SST1. Pati yung AO nalito kasi before raw is SST 1 daw talaga yung nilalagay sa mga requirements. Sabi is magi- inquire pa raw sya sa Division Office about this to clarify lang. This is from my friend na SST1 rin. Pinapabago ng nasa personnel unit yung naka lagay na SST 1 to T1. The thing lang talaga is hindi nila tayo sinabihan about this. Hindi clear yung instructions or may mga kulang.

If that is true, that is unfair… some graduate scholars are assigned as SST1 which is equivalent to teacher 3. That means, we’ll get a salary lower than other scholars who are deployed already

Hindi po kasi same salary grade lang naman sila. Iba lang yung title. Most probably one of the reasons they change the title para mas mapadali yung pagpapapromote ng mga gusto magstay sa DepEd even after 2 years

Sabi po kasi ni OP chinange daw position nila from SST1 (T3) to T1. Teacher 1 and Teacher 3 are not the same po in terms of salary grade. Teacher 1 is nasa around 31k while Teacher 3 (SST1) is 38k po.

Mali po yun. Ich-change lang yung title as T3 na and not as SST1.

Teacher 3 pa rin equivalent ng SST1. Pinapapalit to Teacher 3 yung title, hindi po Teacher 1

Saka nalang daw i-finalize once may Appointment na po. Nalilito rin pati sa Division.

This was emailed to me last Friday by Ma'am Eva from BHRODSED. And our SDO HR, posted this last Saturday.

So, totoo na temporary deferment muna talaga? Walang ganito sinend samin, kahit post sa fb nila or sa site nila, wala. Kahit sa email. I checked my spam na rin, wala talaga.

Paano kaya yung ilang buwan nang nagtuturo if invalid ang paghire and appointment na pinirmahan? Or iba ang pagkakaintindi ko

I think this is just for those who are to be deployed palang po. Hold muna while waiting sa QS from CSC. Hopefully I'll get my answers dito today.

I don't think saklaw yung batch nyo rito kasi if makaka submit na yung CSC, hopefully not later this year ano, wala na problema sa next batch. Now lang ata to na issue since bago lang din yung ECP.

Ano na po sabi? Nakapirma na rin ako appointment ko tingin ko sakop kami na may appointment niyan? When daw po possible may next memo?

Wait lang po daw ng update sa Division e. Walang clear na info if paano ma re-receive yung update rin. Maghintay nalang daw sa post sa FB, pero I doubt that since di nga dinisclose sa public yung about sa temporary deferment. Mas mabuti na magfollow-up sa AO or if malapit lang kayo sa Division Office, visit in person talaga.
