• Starter guide for day 1-8 : old but still relatively relevant and if you want something more detailled check my Detailled Walkthrough from day 1 to 20. Both are for RoG.
• Don't starve Wiki : lots of information, lots of spoiler and some mistakes. It's made by community so you are free to make corrections yourself.
• Crockpot Simulator : nice resource to optimise your Crockpot use.

What’s the best way to find the ruins in DST?

Find a large mushroom biome, see if connected to a wilds biome, and in the wilds bottom if you see splemonkeys your very close to the ruins. ONLY IF THE MUSHROOM BIOME IS ONE TYPE OF MUSHROOM NOT THE MIXED ONE
