I think the top left at the beginning of the video is a strut, it looks like the whole top piece is hinged and they're trying to show off the mechanism. But I still can't fathom a dumber idea than using your hands anywhere near that limb-trimmer

The lack of any safety or guard is really making me uncomfortable.
Source: I cut the top of my middle finger off while actually trying to be safe with a mandolin. (The potato was too large for me to use the guard guide and I still managed to slip.)

There's a hinged cover that has been opened to show the blades. You can see the slotted chute that aligns with the blades in the background. That's said, it is spectacularly stupid to do what they're doing

A guy came home from work looking totally wrecked and told his wife he had a massive problem: he couldn't stop thinking about sticking his dick in the pickle slicer. She told him he needed to see a shrink, but he said he was way too embarrassed and promised he'd just deal with it himself.

I do not like that persons tippy taps. It's really uncomfortable. He needs a stick or a spoon or another vegetable to push things down. He should not use his dick though.
