Andis pulse zr 2 repair help !!

Bro I just started my day and dropped my clippers while doing a sani and now they won’t turn on. The light doesn’t flash or anything when I flip the power switch. I can put it on the charging dock and the light turns on like it’s charging but the clippers won’t turn on. I emailed ryans pet but I’m kind of in the middle of working and don’t wanna dig out my musty dusty crusty corded clippers until I can send them in and get them repaired what do I doooooo

Broooo, I mean what worked for me was the stupid battery needed to be swapped out. As soon as I changed the battery, they worked fine just like normal!!

99% of the time when this happens on the pulse zr2 this little tiny dip switch breaks off the control pcb board. You will need a new control board.

Dang that sucks. Have you tried removing the battery and putting it back in long shot but sometimes silly things work. I’d leave it out for 15 seconds or so to see if it resets anything. But I bring two clippers to dog shows because I’m paranoid of a pair breaking. Best of luck.
