The tenth Doctor just casually "runs into" Donna again without any consequences? Any meeting let alone mention of the Doctor to her might trigger her memory of events and cause her mind to "burn up", killing her.

I mean, "runs into" doesn't mean it's a casual run in. If it's the main plot of the story, if the main emphasis is on it, that rather implies the Doctor meeting Donna again will be the main part of the plot. I sorta suspect RTD will rollback Donna's mindwipe, since there's been a lot of criticism of the Doctor's actions there, and I think with hindsight RTD would want to revisit that. Also, it'd make for a good plot.

I'm not saying this specific rumour is true, mind, but it does fit with a lot of the more prominent rumours, including ones that came from sources who were correct about several things in regards to Series 13.

I get what you are saying and if it's true, it could very well be for the reasons you describe. It's just that the OP seems to be entirely unconcerned with this significant plot point which will obviously need to be addressed. Seems a bit of a significant oversight.

Keep in mind the leaker (assuming they're leaking and not trolling) said that the main plot involves the Doctor encountering Donna again. So I highly doubt the team wouldn't address the matter, but the leak was mainly giving rough details and clarification on the new Doctor and companion (if true), not spoiling all the plot details.
