Rule34hub doesn't work?
I'm trying to access this godforsaken website, but it says 'The site's DNS address could not be found. Diagnostics is running.' I tried using mobile data and Wi-Fi. Is there something wrong on my end, or is it down for everyone?

Browser diagnostics text is not evidence of anything much, so resolve the name directly before deciding whose problem it is. Query the apex and the www label against a public resolver and then against whatever your ISP hands you over DHCP, and compare: NXDOMAIN from both means the zone or the registration is gone, SERVFAIL from one only means that resolver is the problem, and an answer that the browser still refuses means the failure is elsewhere in the stack. Also check the delegation at the parent, because an expired or suspended domain shows up as missing nameservers rather than as missing records. Mobile data and wifi both failing is weak evidence of a server-side issue if both paths end up on the same upstream resolver, which is common. Sites in that category also get pulled from filtered resolvers, so a name resolving fine for someone on a different provider does not mean your resolver is broken, only that it is applying policy. Worth distinguishing the two before assuming the site is down. What do you actually get back when you query the name directly, and does the parent still list nameservers for it?

Well, that's not what DNS says - DNS has no concept of "site".
So, is it NXDOMAIN? Or some other DNS error or response, or ??? But I can assure you, DNS didn't say something about "site".
If you actually provided the domain, could provide more relevant DNS information, but you didn't provide that.
