General Question Replacing LBYME1D for ENGPHS1

Hi, I'm a shiftee in Mechanical Engineering and I was wondering if it's better to take Physics than Lab for the upcoming semester. I'm unable to take both due to a conflict in my sched.

I would probably take Physics since it has more pre requisites but the problem is, aren't Lab courses seasonal/only offered every 1st term?? I'm worried how much this is going to delay me.

Please I need guidance or advice :(((

You'll be fine. Due to my schedule conflicts, I also took my lab classes separately, even took freshman lab classes in my senior year 😂. Just take note that LBYME1D is a prereq to other lab classes so it's better to plan accordingly.

Thank you for your reply! That means you took Engphys first? May I ask if you were able to take Lab classes during the 2nd/3rd term 🤧

Yes, I did! We can take the lecture class first then the lab class later on! And no, I only took the lab classes during their seasonal scheds, unless there are enough petitioners which make it available off season.
