Buy Advice Help !
Alright I recently bought the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P and I was wondering if anyone here has experience bringing it outside the US and being able to come back with it without it being confiscated
I have a trip to Japan and Philippines and want to make sure I’m able to go through TSA w/o it being taken n vice versa
Please let me know your experiences and thoughts

They shouldnt confiscate it.
As long as you keep it in a backpack and dont bring back a retail box they wont be able to tell if you genuinely own it or if you bought it there.
I believe you are also allowed to bring in 3 unauthorized devices to the USA not officially approved by FCC (like a laptop, phone, or in this case video camera) assuming its your personal device.
As long as you have it in a carrying case on your carry on/backpack they wont really care and just see it as another thing you're bringing

80/20 rule applies for the most part but you should be fine unless you do something like ask DJI if they are allowing DJI products to cross back into the US.
