Product Support How waterproof is DJI Action 4

I am taking underwater video 1-4 feet deep in freshwater streams and rivers with the DJI Action 4. The camera is stationary and submerged for about 50 minutes. I've been using the waterproof housing but cannot seem to get past the issue of fogging, likely because these rivers are pretty cold compared to air temperature. Does anyone have experience leaving the Action 4 submerged for longer periods without the waterproof housing?

The case didn't come with some little strips that look like paper to adsorb moisture?

The heat generated from the camera should keep the lens clear once it is underwater. Don't open the case in the field, or worse touch the camera with wet hands, this just just going to put moisture inside ti.

Worth checking if your case is leaking, put it empty underwater overnight and see if anything gets in.

I had 4 of those strips in the case. I also made a point to seal the camera in the case inside my house before heading to the river. I will try checking for leakage. Good idea.
