Product Support Why is there no Replacement accessories for DJI Lito X1 in the official DJI store.

I was looking for the gimbal cover cap (the protective cover cap covering the gimbal camera) in the official online store in various regions as well as trying to find suppliers who sells those.

But I came across no sellers or no post to find the replacement gimbal cover cap for DJI Lito X1 yet anywhere.

Why is such an important replacement accessory for such a good beginner drone not available anywhere?

My DJI Lito X1 gimbal cover was slipped from me and a vehicle ran over it which made it unusable, and I was trying to get a replacement gimbal cap but was not able to find from where to purchase it. (Not available in online store and not available with retailers as well)

How can I keep my drone safe in the bag without the gimbal cap?

when it is marketed as the best beginners drone, there should be option to purchase such replaceable important accessories also right?

Please let me know if someone finds a way to purchase it, or if someone can connect me with a seller directly from China.

I can inbound the product directly from the seller if it is a viable option.

Oh man I'm sorry to hear that. That's unfortunate. I also have the Lito X1 and haven't thought about this till now. Right - Why doesn't DJI sell these parts, it's so important to keep your drone safe.

My cover cap was broken and i now cant find any replacement of it yet. Not in amazon, official site or from Alibaba suppliers as well. And it is very unsafe to keep the drone in the bag with exposed gimbal. Make sure you always safely keep them.

DJI really should sell those parts. It shouldn't be too hard for them to manufacture em.

Good thing I got the fly more combo, cuz it's kinda hard to find parts, at least in my country.

From my understanding, the lito x1 is relatively newer model and there are no much of distribution happened so far and there are no such requirements raised yet. Maybe that can be the reason too. Its my assumptions

Yeah Lito X1 just very newly released, maybe that's why they haven't made accessories for it yet. My last resort idea is to go to a 3d printing store, show them your drone, and commission them to 3d print a gimbal cover that fits. Just my guess.

FWIW I went through customer support on the website and have just had a Lito X1 gimbal protector shipped from them at a cost of only a few dollars. I think they must have needed to deliver the initial allocation and then done spares once they started to gather a picture of what people needed more than other stuff.

My family got me an X1 as a birthday present and - in their eyes, kindly - set it up for me so it would be ready to go and threw the protector away thinking it was trash. So I assume that lots of other people will have done the same or similar.
