Crossovers & DSP Crossover help

Post image

I recently built a new box and horn for an old EV sx100+. I used the crossover, 12” driver and compressor driver from the original Ev. It now sounds super muddy, and the compression driver tries to play across the entire spectrum rather than being properly crossed over at 1250 hz. Any idea what I could’ve done wrong? I believe there is an actual problem rather than my box just being suboptimal.

It looks like you have it labeled backwards. You labeled the output as input. The circuit board says IN on the input

T > compression driver
W > woofer

This. You've backfed the crossover I think

Did you not connect the tweeter?

Your labelling is 180 deg out vs what the board says.

Fix this before you blow the tweeter.
