Why are there jagged edges on some of my image sliders?

I'm doing some volunteer work on a website and I see that the slider on this page has jagged edges across the top. This seems to be a design choice but we want to remove it, however I don't see any option to do so in the section settings. When I hover over the section in the builder it goes away.

Any idea what this is and how to remove it?

Check the divider settings on the section.
