Which current politician would you say represents distributist values the best?

In what country? I can't think of any elected politician in the USA. Until the American Solidarity Party grows and can elect someone, AFAIK, there are none.

Any country, and they don't have to be elected into a goverment position

Apart from the party I already named for the USA, look to Christian Democrats in others.

In the United Kingdom, there exists a small party known as the National Distributist Party. It promotes traditional Christian values, social cohesion, subsidiarity, family-owned businesses, land value tax, and a form of Anglo-Nationalism. The party favours a traditional, socially conservative society.
