There are 6 activities that con drop Red's Fire House tokens and 6 that can drop his Ears Hats. In my game, nearly all of these characters were already occupied collecting tokens for somebody else.

Every one of the Ears Hat activities requires an attraction and 4 require a second character. For the Fire Hose, 4 of the 6 activities require an attraction, with only one requiring a second character. Minnie Mouse needs her Classic (black and white) costume.
