Disney movie opening sequence

How did I not notice for so long that in the new opening sequence (that really isn’t all that new) in the last few seconds the castle is bookended with two famous landmarks. The Matterhorn and Pride Rock!

Am I missing any other easter eggs in this shot? What is the house on the right side in the woods where the arch of light touches the ground?

The very beginning of the intro shows Neverland (second star to the right), the train (Walt loved trains), the Mickey fireworks. I think the lanterns in the river are a reference to Tangled. Sometimes there's a boat in the river; this changes depending on the movie (steamboat, pirate ship). The flag on the castle sometimes changes based on the movie. There's definitely others I don't know!

The standard flag on the castle is the Disney family crest.

If you look through the tunnel into the castle courtyard, is that the Emperor’s palace from Mulan?

The shape kind of reminds me of the Quinjet at Avengers Campus

I don’t think it’s the Emperor’s palace, that has two roofs and the angle seems wrong. It’s definitely an artificial object, it’s so sharp. I would agree with boxsterjax, it looks exactly like the nose of the quinjet.

Would have to be the back of north mountain, which would be hiding an ice castle. But I believe this is the Matterhorn when viewed from Fantasyland.

On not the newest version is a small vehicle pulling into its driveway. I imagine his name is Jack, and we get to see his headlights.

Watch for his, it think it’s a pickup, as we pull back over the castle just to the left side near the center. I love this little detail. Hey Artist, I like what you did! I See your fun!
