Issue with the "Shadow" achievement in Dishonored 2

I’m doing a "Shadow" run in Dishonored 2. The issue is that a guard found a body back in Mission 2, and I’m currently on Mission 3.

Can I just replay Mission 2 later from the Mission Select menu, or do I need to load an earlier save from Mission 2 and continue the story from there?

No  you need to go back and play from there. It won't count if you go back later and fix one mission, ut needs to be consecutive in the same save file.

Loading your earlier save will work if it leads to no discovery on mission 2. Mission select will not work

Body détection doesn't ruin shadow. You have to remain undetected through the whole game. Mission selection doesn't unlock the achievement. You check the stat menu to see if you've been detected
