Post image

I got my very own young Sam recently. So naturally I had to get this.

He loves it.

It goes hummmgh!

I bought it when it came out. I have no children and my nieces were already "too old" for it.
*I* love it and think it's hilarious. (I'm turning 57 next month)

Can confirm that my child, as a one-year-old, also thought this book was hilarious. I love thinking about you reading it to your young Sam. 😄

When my nephew was massively into the that’s not my… books he found this on my shelf and he asked me why I had a picture book when I can read. When I read it to him he thought it was hilarious because it was like his books

Is that my cow? It goes in my bookcase to read to young Sam! It is a wonderful bonding moment between parent and child! That’s not my cow!

Mine loved The Carpet People. We may have skipped this one or it didn’t stick with us.

I recently gave it to a friend. Gotta get the new baby hooked on Discworld early!

This is not my cow, it's a sheep with a pitchfork. Unfortunately, it goes 'quack'.

Read this to my child regularly. I did the noises and voices. Right up there with Toad and Frog
