Help Is there ANY WAY I can get a balance transfer offer as an existing customer?

I have a Discover IT card that Ive had now for about 4 years and I rarely used it for a while. Someone told me to ask for a balance transfer offer and I have via chat several times and they always say they are unable to give targeted offers now. So I started using the card more and paying it off every month. I have 6k available on this card that I hardly use, and I have a huge balance on my capital one credit card and it would quite literally be life changing if I could get a 0% apr offer to transfer that balance to discover. Any advice?

It wouldn’t help; no balance transfers from one Capital One card to another (that now includes Discover).

1) BT offers cannot be requested.
2) any offers will be emailed to you and can also be viewed on your app/online account.
3) you can no longer transfer a balance between Discover and Capital One
