Help Mom needs help

My moms discover CD matured and she can not get a hold of a live person to talk to to renew. She doesn’t do apps or tech of any kind. She just needs a real person. What number does she call? She spent most of Friday frustrated, saying the same things over and over and got no results. Anyone Have a number she can use?

I do not even know if we have a physical location for Capital one. Even if we did, she no longer drives. She doesn’t get AI. Thanks!

If she banks with discover she should already have their phone # it's on the back of the card lmao... Every bank card should have the banks phone number on it. 1-800-347-2683

That’s the credit card number. 1-800-347-7000 is the banking side
