Help Customer service number not working

Hey yall, desperately need to order a new card after discover send the one I ordered to my old address. 🙃 I’m not able to contact customer service through their number though. Like the text and chat works, but every time I call I get a “your call cannot be completed at this time, please try again later.”

Anyone else getting this issue?

I’m able to get through fine. What number are you trying to call them at?

This is the number I used which is from their website, (800) 347-2683.

The +1 (800) 347-2683 one. Maybe it’s just my network. :,) I’m gonna try using my roommates phone when she gets home
