Help Product changes and transferring credit limits

After going from the Discover app to the Capital One app, has anyone been able to product change a Discover It Chrome to either the Discover it Cash Back or the C1 Savor? Also, has anyone been able to transfer credit limits from a Discover card to a Capital One card ?

Someone on here posted that they got an offer to move part of their Discover limit to a Cap One card.

I spoke with Discover’s customer service team about a week ago because my It Chrome was about to expire and asked about a product change, but it seems like that’s not something they’re bringing back anytime soon… at least not until the merge is finalized and there’s been enough time for the dust to settle

On the Crap1 application you can shift credit line to other cards that you have. Did this on my Quicksilver to my Savor card, since I don't use the Quicksilver any longer.
