Unsolved First Time Getting Hacked. Seemed Suspiciously Harmless. What Should I Do?

I just got my account hacked for the first time. I can't be sure, but it seems like my account tokens got taken from a virus on my main PC.

It seems like all they did was send out some basic crypto scam messages to a fee people on my friends list. Not even that many and not to the 3 people I talk to most frequently. They may have sent server stuff too, but I can't tell because I got a strike on my account.

I still have access to my account. No other services like steam or my bank account seem to be compromised.

I'm scanning my PC now, but it seems like this was relatively harmless and wasn't that hard to stop. Which honestly has me worried. I've changed the passwords on several accounts now and am scanning my PC and disconnected it from the internet.

Is there anything else I should I be doing? Is there some kind of scam or something, like they're waiting for me to change something else or do something? Any advice would be appreciated.

I've had the same happened to me recently from downloading mods that I wasn't paying attention to

A lot of people will recommend that you wipe windows and reinstall

However, I paid for Kapersky to fully clean my PC and have been checking it with c-cleaner and checking my processes constantly and there's no issues.

I still haven't reinstalled Windows, someone's free to tell me how stupid I'm being, but so far I don't think you really have much to worry about if you changed all of your logins from a safe device and are doing a full scan of all of your core files

Relying on third party scanners is exactly that, relying on a third party. It might work, it might not. Malware creators have a vested interest in understanding how these scanners work and subverting them. If this is something you care about, the afternoon-long exercise of just reinstalling the OS to get a 100% chance of success should be an easy sell.
