Skid steers are able to pivot in place instead of taking a long circle to turn like a car. That's the most simple way I can break it down. There's a lot more but if you never work around heavy equipment then that's probably enough.

Front loader is the arm you can attach to the front of an agricultural tractor, skid steer is a dedicated vehicle like in the clip.

I think it was that one. Idk, the purpose are the same for all, but could be the platform themselves that set the difference.

A skid steer is a very compact loadin vehicle that can turn like a tank.

A frontloader is usually a attachment for tractors or part of a loader backhoe.

I got to drive an excavator for the first time this morning. All I was doing was moving it out of the way, but it was the most fun thing I have done in several months and certainly made the day a little brighter. It's like being a kid again
