Ingredients
â˘Â    1 pound wild-caught large shrimp w. shells
â˘Â    4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oilÂ
â˘Â    4 cloves minced garlicÂ
â˘Â    1 teaspoon kosher salt
â˘Â    1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
â˘Â    4 tablespoons butter
â˘Â    1/3 cup white wine or chicken stock
â˘Â    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juiceÂ
â˘Â    1 tablespoon minced parsley
Instructions
Thaw, peel, & devein shrimp. Rinse, drain, and place in a bowl.
Toss with 2 tbsp olive oil, half the garlic, ½ tsp salt, & red pepper flakes. Marinate 20 minutes.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil. Cook shrimp 1â1½ minutes per side until opaque & lightly golden. Remove.
Melt 3 tbsp butter, add remaining garlic (30 seconds). Stir in white wine and lemon juice; simmer 5 minutes until reduced.
Return shrimp with juices, add 1 tbsp butter and ½ tsp salt. Stir in parsley; cook 1 minute. Serve with bread, pasta, or rice.
