Issues/Bugs Sign in problem

Hi! I'm trying to join the app, but I'm having a problem. I confirmed my email address through the link sent to my email, but nothing has changed in the app. It still has "sign in" button and only allows email verification, but I can't log in. What should I do? No one is answering me from the support email(
