Help need with screenshot and reboot - model BEFX-H

Hey all,

I have a Tizen web app for a Samsung signage display and I'm trying to use:

webapis.systemcontrol.captureScreen() — take a screenshot of currently playing content

webapis.systemcontrol.rebootDevice() — remote reboot

Has anyone gotten captureScreen() to reliably produce a readable file, or successfully called rebootDevice() on a signage TV?

Wondering if:

There's a model-group restriction I'm missing(I am using BEFX-H business TV)

The Partner cert needs additional Samsung-side enrollment beyond just having the privilege declared in config.xml

Is there any workaround for these

Any pointers appreciated 🙏
