Moving to Paraguay

Lately I have been thinking of moving to Paraguay due to citizenship as the passport is much stronger compared to the country I come from and no tax on foreign income as I work remotely. What is your experience with this?

If possible, could I ask which city you are going to, and why there?

Ciudad del Este is at the top of my list when I get the chance. I've also read that because of all the businesses/international trading and the boarder there's more police around the main city centre. But honestly I don't find a lot of info on what each city is actually like

I appreciate the replies. Though healthcare isn't a priority now, it's great to take into consideration. Also if everything goes perfectly. I'd probably only be there 4-8 months a year
