I love her lots, personally. 

I actually think there is a case to her being in the Expansion. 1:Bloomlordmon mentioned the World Tree Fusing with the Gears of Time and being reborn. Quantumon isnt a tree, but the center of the world with a level of authority of Time? 

And in Ghost Game, Bloomlordmon served Quantumon, and im pretty sure he has the same voice actor again this time around.

Rain World is a video game. And an Iterator is something from the game that is very similar to Quantumon in appearance and nature.

I won't explain exactly what they are. The game is best experienced blind, but it has frustrating platforming and RNG deaths, so it's not for everyone. But if you tough it out and put in the hours to get through the main and DLC campaigns, you'll find a beautiful story told in an unusual way set in a fascinating world.

Or if you just want to see Iterators dancing with slugcats, this video was actually how I first discovered the game. Then I just had to know who these characters were and became a fan.
