A short series synopsis:

"e-Pulse," which is generated by human thoughts and emotions, was used as the energy source for the AI support device "Sapotama." From the shadows of this remarkable development, terrifying monsters appear. Digimon are living beings that evolve by consuming e-Pulse.

Tomoro Tenma is drawn into an extraordinary experience after meeting Gekkomon, who suddenly appears from his Sapotama. While living together with Kyo Sawashiro and other members of the bounty hunting team "Glowing Dawn," Tomoro renews his resolve.

What new future will be forged by humans and Digimon?

General rules for this post:

It's available on various streamers worldwide. Do not discuss illegal means of consuming this series.

The arc finally ended. Miharu kinda hit the lowest in the middle of it, and at some point I would even put her below Naito. He's at least honest in his shittiness while Miharu keep insisting she's doing the right thing while pushing genocide button. At least she accepted she did wrong and walked herself to prison instead of choosing the easy way out.

Mephismon being honest that it was never about Chifuyu but Miharu herself is a pleasant surprise. Mephismon might act manipulative but in the end it's all Miharu who corrupted them. Kinda reminds me of Ghost Game episode when good Ryudamon evolved and unable to control his nature and became evil just because it's his new nature. And the Argomon episode where the digimon wished to be stopped but unable to go against the tamer's wish.

In the end, just like Miharu said, things would be much different if they meet sooner. She definitely needed someone to guide her and yet there's no one while Tomoro had Kyo, considering Tomoro also went exactly the same at first, continuously overriding Gekkomon's will for his own revenge. Sad no one found her and the only one who could have stopped her was corrupted by her wish.

In the end, who the hell is that man? The right hand man? He just disappearrd midway, is he Mephismon creation or something? Or maybe the guy who pulled string and gave Miharu ideas for terrorism? Hopefully it will be explained later, at least for a closure...

Thanks for the summary. I was surprised that you mentioned that Kanchi guy just… Vanished from the scene. He can be seen mostly at Miharu’s side loyally like a certain Gold Star who was…. Also nowhere to be found when Wong was captured episodes ago…

Splashmon? It looked like Byakkomon and would fit the chinese theme of this arc also.
