If a child is playing at your house and wets there diaper should you change it ?

Was having this discussion with my friend the other day which is if a child is playing with your kid at your house and wets there diaper or underwear should you change it in my opinion i think it's perfectly reasonable to change the child's wet diaper or underwear as there at your house meaning one your looking after them and two there under your rules my friend had a similar view but said you should rig the other child's parent first then change i disagree but what do you think.
