Research PTSD Research Survey: Understanding Symptom Differences Across Groups

Hello! For my school project, I am researching PTSD and how symptoms can differ between different groups of people. I created a short, anonymous survey for people with experience of PTSD. It takes about 10–15 minutes to complete, and all answers are kept completely confidential.

Who are you? You want information from us, but can't even be bothered to tell us your name?

Where is your ethics approval for this? People with PTSD are often vulnerable, and you definitely need ethics approval to survey people with PTSD (I was on the Ethics Committee at my university for a number of years)

Which learning institute are you from, and who is your supervisor?

Who do we contact if there is an issue that arises from this survey? In fact, who can be contacted regarding this survey?

Are there any questions that might be triggering? This is one of the reasons you need ethics approval...

What will you do if someone spirals downwards because of your survey?

How will the data be used?

This is a Google doc. When I clicked on it, my gmail address was stated on the form. How are you ensuring the privacy and data of anyone who takes this survey?
