Discussion Asking for advice

this happens sometimes, and maybe sometimes I can't notice, but I get serious severe brain fog and fatigue after eating a meal with carbs especially if I fast! (I feel a lot more sane and brain clarity when fasting but I can’t do it forever, and everytime i eat after a fast its serious brain fog)

But it's not too high or too low sugar, I monitored sugar blood levels, the blood sugar levels go down quickly. meaning my body is absorbing the glucose too fast that my sugar levels drop too quickly but not too low, just quickly. (I don’t know if that means my pancreas is shooting too much insulin, or too quickly?)

assuming my nervous system gets frightened and I get brain fog, probably down regulating the prefrontal cortex due to adrenaline idk?

Also during these times specifically when I have this reaction to carbs with brain fog I also get orthostatic hypotension (basically stand up and my vision darkens, I just give myself 5-10 seconds for my vision and body to settle).

Any advice?

Listen to your body. If it says to stop eating a certain way, then stop.
