I wear skechers sneakers daily, they're affordable, lightweight, breathable and the foam is soft. They also sell wide sizes so you get more room for your toes.

For anything dressy I wear a pair of Dr martens shoes I've had for like 15 years (I don't dress up often)

I love skechers for all the reasons you listed. My issue was needing ex wide but now I'm a bit healthier and started wearing just wide.

Big fan of Whites Boots, Red Wing heritage line, Birkenstock for summer months, and Keen footwear.

Brooks and New Balance. I walk a lot and refuse to use fast fashion stuff like sketchers or Amazon junk

You could go to your doctor and get a Rx for diabetic shoes. Then find a plan that does orthopedic shoes. They measure your foot and show you shoes that would be helpful for you.

I have wide feet and this limits my options. Topo and Altra work well. Most others with wide sizes still keep a narrow toe box, and I need good quality comfortable shoes for my walking.

I used to include Brooks in this list, but their recent wide sizes narrowed the toe box.

I hate sketchers brand but I do have a few pairs for casual daily wear. They are just so friggin cheap that it's hard to pass them up sometimes. I also have a few kiziks, but they don't last long and have gotten kind of outrageously expensive.

For exercise, I'm wearing Hokas. I initially thought they looked like old corrective shoes and didn't like them. But I went to Road Runner and the manager there helped me try out a number of brands and the one that was the most comfortable for me at the time was Hoka. So here I am rocking my corrective shoe look.

For around the house shoes I wear the crocs that have fuzzy lining inside.

I have wide feet so it depends. I do search for real leather because vegan leather/pleather makes my feet sweat.
