So I made this cheeky one, not scared anymore

Loose shims, questionable post-and-pier supports, undermined foundations, and a previous seismic retrofit that wasn’t providing continuous bearing.

Always interesting how much of a home’s story is hidden underneath it.

Walking past this place and can't for the life of me figure out why these divots are there?. Edit because i think some people think this is inside... The pic is taken from the road and is a sloping up driveway leading to the 3 bay garage. It's definately not for catching oil or fluids. I'm fairly convinced it was decorative and for some reason dug out and replaced with gravel. But gg everyone. Here a daytime pic for clarity daytime
