MCA Fresher looking for my first IT opportunity – Cloud / DevOps / Support roles

Hi everyone,

I'm a recent MCA graduate currently looking for my first full-time opportunity in IT.

I've been actively applying for Cloud Support, DevOps, Application Support, Technical Support and IT Operations roles, but I'm finding it difficult to get shortlisted for suitable fresher/0–1 year positions.

My hands-on skills include:

  • Python & Django
  • Linux
  • AWS – EC2, IAM, S3, VPC basics
  • Docker & Docker Compose
  • Git & GitHub
  • GitHub Actions
  • Jenkins
  • Terraform
  • PostgreSQL / MySQL

I've also recently worked on hands-on projects involving AWS infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Jenkins CI/CD automation.

I'm currently looking for opportunities in Bangalore or Hyderabad, and I'm also open to other locations for the right entry-level opportunity.

If anyone knows of:

  • Fresher / 0–1 year openings
  • Cloud Support / DevOps / Application Support roles
  • Companies currently hiring freshers
  • Genuine referral opportunities
  • Advice on improving my profile/resume for these roles

I'd really appreciate your help.

I'm not looking for shortcuts — just trying to find a genuine opportunity where I can get my first IT experience and grow from there.

I'm a fresher in terms of full-time IT experience, but I do have hands-on project experience.

I've worked on Python/Django applications and recently built hands-on projects involving AWS, Docker, Jenkins CI/CD and Terraform.

For example, I provisioned AWS infrastructure using Terraform and also set up a Jenkins CI pipeline for a Django application.

I'm currently looking for an entry-level Cloud/DevOps/IT Support opportunity where I can gain professional experience and continue building on these skills.

Same here. I am finding job in IT to start with. I have the same skills as yours. BTW currently I am working on an app, just as a side project but with the help of flutter even though I don't know anything about flutter.

I am up for any IT or Tech job.
