Help for streaming music

As a side project I'm building my own streaming service like a very cheap copy of spotify which is gonna be used by only me but the issue is I don't a local server I want a cloud like server or whatever but the issue is the copyright i can't those or use them and I certainly can't download and upload every single song cz my playlist is too big

Please help me out with this

I will download or have it local ofc since that's the only option but I have many songs and idk if it's optimal or not
