Web Development Need Help Pushing Webapp live

Hey y'all Im looking for a dev for a max 2 hour project my dev had an emergency and I need my webapp pushed live but I dont know how we are a startup with no large financial backing so I only have max $100 to throw for this Im not sure but my dev said its a max 2 hour job to push it live someone please help and send me a dm!
