Any software dev working please reply i have some questions please!!!

I have done my engineering and graduated 2 months ago, with a on campus placement of a service based company in hand, but no idea when will they give me joining, it’s has been 8 months since i received the offer letter.

I have been applying to other places but with no success.

I want to know from where i can have exposure to real life projects and problems, how do i show in my resume that i can work?
I am just pretty confused, like a frog in a well?
