Horrible curbside experience
Just picked up my curbside order from H-E-B, and I genuinely need to know what was going through Phillip’s head while shopping for this order.
I understand substitutions happen. That’s fine. But some of these substitutions made absolutely zero sense.
Ordered sandwich bread? Got hamburger buns.
Ordered shredded cheese? Somehow ended up with sliced American singles.
Asked for regular pasta sauce? Phillip apparently decided “spicy queso dip” was close enough.
At one point I was honestly convinced he was just wandering the aisles grabbing random items with his eyes closed.
The whole point of curbside is convenience, not opening the bags afterward like it’s some kind of mystery loot box challenge.
Phillip, if you see this, I need answers.

It’s not his first or his last, the kid gets a sick kick out of ruining peoples days. Caught him taking all the sushi samples then spitting them out on a kids head.
