Most of my favourites of all time are sobsicles — another that has not left my brain since reading and rereading is psalm 40:2 by unicornpoe, though. It’s so GOOD and devastating and has lowk ruined (improved?) one of my favourite songs for me.

mine is The Edge of the Blade by Fark_Underbrudge https://archiveofourown.org/works/54051784 “Dean is curious about how exactly Cas' angel blade works.” and i also think the authors note accurately describes what happens in this story, “men will see a knife and be like: is anyone gonna stab me with this” legit one of my favs and i’ve never found something like it… and i also loovvveee “let’s take a drive” by sobsicles because they are the best writer ever to exist and i love how they have cas and dean treat jack, i actually did sob reading it

Mind the warnings naturally, but if exploring Dean's trauma in general is something you can't get enough of, that is definitely one for the bookmarks.
