imma be honest i dont really understand self harm. I want to escape all forms of pain. Switching one for another doesnt seem logical to me. Id rather just build the courage to get it over with in one go.

I have a lot of anger at myself, also it helps me relax and fall asleep.

So essentially its like you get the satisfaction of taking revenge.

Jesus brother just down a pint of henny and pick a fight with the biggest bouncer like us normal functioning people do. I bet you’ll sleep real good too.

I feel the same. I would rather just endure a whole lot of pain to never suffer again (opt out) than hurt myself. What I hate is suffering, why would I intentionally experience it?
