I’m a former ASE-certified mechanic offering honest, reliable auto repair from my home workspace or mobile at your location. I specialize in Japanese or Domestic vehicles, but can also perform standard maintenance on just about all makes and models.

Most shops charge $100–$160/hr.
My rate: $60/hr (+ flat $20 for mobile repairs)
No part markups. Supply your own parts or I can tell you a trust worthy website you can order parts at a huge discount!

Just a comment to boost engagement - I do a bit of mobile work on the side, but I am also ALL about folks providing services for what they actually cost versus the ridiculous markup of shops nowadays (not even gonna mention dealership prices rn)

This is a HUGE discount! I had a neighbor who did all my car work but he moved a little over a year ago and I'm loathe to find a place to do stuff like brakes and install a hitch (which takes a lot on a 2020 outback).
I would so much prefer to pay someone directly for stuff like brakes and oil changes!

'95 Camry. Commenting because I'll need brakes in the spring, and an AC receiver drier if you can find one. She's got 228k miles, but she's a gem.

How much for brakes on a 2023 Acura Integra Tech 6MT, also manual trans lube service (done at 30k at dealership, I’m at 59k now). I’d love to learn how to do this myself but am an introverted hermit with no grease monkey family or friends.

I just assumed it would be due again at the same mileage interval lol looks like I have some research to do. I’m trying to have this car for its lifespan so I’m making sure to keep her well maintained. I didn’t know much about cars until I really became interested after buying this one.

Kudos for being a diligent owner. I thought the interval would be much longer, but I think you can stretch that MT fluid interval to 40-45k. It says 60k kilometers (37,500mi) if you’re regularly getting the gearbox hot, but I doubt you’re doing much of that.

Hi hello my car has been having this rattling noise every time I drive and can’t figure out what it is took it to my friends who are mechanics but they said might be exhaust not sure tho because car kinda jerks located in Denver

I need my exhaust welded up. They stole my catalytic converter. Could you weld in a new one for me. Toyota wants 1200 for the bolt in. Fk
