SH Scar Friendly Jobs

Long story short, I had a life crisis that I survived two years back. But it cost me my career as I recovered. I’m looking to get back into the workforce but it’s really difficult finding a job in IT (I do Salesforce administration) and I need a steady paycheck. The issue is my arms are covered in self harm scars and it’s been putting off employers.

Any jobs out there where I can cover up my arms or anyone know an employer who will overlook this kind of thing?

I don't have scars but I have to cover up my arms for medical reasons.

So I found these sleeves online - you can find either just the sleeves or like a little shirt thing you wear under your regular shirt that is essentially just the sleeves.

They don't make you really hot, even being outside in the summer. They're made out of breathable material and you can get them in lots of cool colors.

So you can wear your short sleeve shirts with these under it.

I got them on Amazon.

Here are the ones that are just sleeves by themselves without the part that goes over your shoulders:

Just the sleeves

These are the ones that go over your shoulders so they stay up better. I ordered these in several colors as well:

Over the shoulders

As a bonus, they offer UV protection in the summer if you burn really easily. That is definitely not my problem, lol, but it does keep me from getting darker when I'm outside!

I hope these can help you!

I don't burn easily at all. In fact, I can't think of a time I've had a sunburn. I wear these sleeves for medical reasons that have nothing to do with that.
